Convert all your different types of analogue tapes to digital. Its important to convert these tapes whislts they are still in a condition that can be recorded. Most of these tapes are now 20-30 years old and depending on the quality of the tape and how well it has been looked after, will dictate the quality of the images still saved to these tapes.
With new AI technology, it can help restore and improve some of the quality of these movies but the suvccess is really dependant on the condition and quality of the original tapes. If they have been left stored in a garage or dirty/dusty environment, its likely the tapes are starting to degrade. We will clean the tapes wherew required and do our best tpo restore them to orighinal or better quality. You do need to remember that these recordings are generally in low quality compared to the 4K standard we enjoy today.
Prices
Normal VHS tapes cost $20 per 180m tape and this includes automatic enhancing and AI clean/upscaling. If the condition of the tapes require repairs and/or cleanimng, there will be an extra charge, depending oin the state of the tape. Its important to have clean tapes to ensure the best quality images can be recorded. We regualry clean all our equipment to ensure we can get the best quality possible. Extra cleaning charges can be provided before we proceed but we need to see the tapes to get an idea on cost.
